Ingleford Scaffolding Ltd was contracted by Springs Roofing for a 16-week roofing refurbishment project at Hunter House. Our role was to provide essential scaffolding solutions that ensured safe and efficient access for the construction teams, enabling smooth progress throughout the project.
A key feature of the project was the erection of a 5.2m hoist tower with 21 lifts, designed to facilitate the transport of materials and equipment across multiple levels. This bespoke solution played a vital role in streamlining the roofing works by supporting heavy loads, maximising efficiency and providing safe access.
The success of the project relied on meticulous planning and co-ordination between Ingleford Scaffolding, Springs Roofing, and site management. Key considerations included site assessments, tailored solutions and regular inspections.
Safety was at the forefront of our approach. The hoist tower and scaffolding were erected following strict industry standards, providing a secure environment for workers and minimizing risks on-site. Clear access points and protective measures were established to safeguard personnel and equipment at all levels.
Despite the complexities involved, Ingleford Scaffolding successfully delivered the project within the 16-week timeframe. Our commitment to precision and collaboration ensured that the roofing refurbishment was completed efficiently, meeting the client’s high standards.
This project exemplifies Ingleford Scaffolding’s ability to deliver tailored, safe, and effective scaffolding solutions for demanding construction projects. By providing reliable access systems and maintaining rigorous safety standards, we enabled Springs Roofing to carry out their work smoothly and without delays.
