Ingleford Scaffolding was appointed by North Tyneside Council to provide access solutions for essential re-pointing works along the roof ridge of Ivy Road Primary School.

We supplied a fully designed independent scaffold system, incorporating shear ties and beams to ensure stability and safety throughout the project. Given the nature of the site, safety and minimal disruption were paramount.

The works were delivered in two phases: the first during the February half term to allow unrestricted access, and the second while the school remained open, requiring careful coordination and planning to maintain day-to-day operations.

By working closely with the client and contractors, we ensured that the project was completed efficiently, safeguarding both the workforce and the school community.
